Hey
I think this just might be simple to fix but I don't know how. The FPS Camera is working fine. But... when I look at the floor and press backwards I sought of go up / jump into the air. This gives quite a fake effect.
How could I fix this? It doesn't matter what I set the gravity to.

Ok, well first of all. Irrlicht is not a 3D package. It's not as though you are making a movie where you can adjust this and that for the current scene.
I'm not sure how Irrlicht does its Octree calculations but if you had to load a huge mesh into one node I'm sure you will be taking up a lot more ...

I re-compiled the engine last night and...
No errors and no warnings. I couldn't believe it. I just included the DX9 include and lib files and it did its thing. I am very impressed.
I didn't want to re-compile because I thought I would be there a while fixing the errors. But it all went well ...
