Milkshape now has multiple weight support and the b3D exporter has been updated.

Try the b3d format, imho it works better and is easier to handle.

I think I found the problem:
I put
at the end of the mainloop (right before driver->endScene(); ) and now I can look smoothly with the mouse in all graphic modes
