Irrlicht Engine

I was wondering if you are currently looking for a team.
My name is Jacopo,and i'm in a team currently developing a sci-fi jrpg.
Currently the team is formed by 5 person:
-programmer/modeller;
-modeller;
-concept artist;
-environment concept artist;
-story writer;

But we need more modellers in the ...

Now work!!!I've add the directory on tools-->compiler options-->directorys and ecc..

But in my irrilicht/lib/... i have'nt a folder named "DevCpp"...
What i've to do?

Sorry,but i don't think how can i use irrlicht with devcpp.
-I've open new project;
-Add new file;
-Tools-->compilers options-->libraries-->and add "C:\Dev-Cpp\irrlicht-1.2\include;
And after?
What i've to do now?
