xml->getNodeName(), it returns const wchar_t how can i convert it to const char * ???

but why?

im using this sequence

i want to use irrNet, i putted in my code this lines :

#pragma comment(lib, "ws2_32.lib")
#include <irrNet.h>

and all includes files from irrNet and im getting this errors:

Error using irrlicht 1.4 !!

using 1.3 no problem but using 1.4 i got some errors

error C2664: 'irr::scene::ISceneManager::addHillPlaneMesh' : cannot convert parameter 3 from 'irr::core::dimension2d<T>' to 'const irr::core::dimension2d<T> &'
with
[
T=irr::s32
]
and
[
T=irr::u32
]
Reason: cannot convert from 'irr::core ...

Here I am again :lol:

Ok I created a water tower in my game, it is about 2000 polygons... so when my game run i have about 50 fps, ok i walk near my water tower so i have 30 or less... :? but it is just when o collide with it.
The problem is because i have 2000 polygons, isn't it?
Is there anyway ...

I changed my code for this:



meta->removeAllTriangleSelectors();
core::aabbox3df box(-20.f, -20.f, -20.f, 20.f, 20.f, 20.f);
camera->getAbsoluteTransformation().transformBoxEx(box);
ISceneManager_gatherTriangleSelectors(smgr, meta, box );


Now it works really fine !!!! :D
