@Gizmoman Holy sh!t, you made the game console! :D Is this only available from you site? Have you ever thought about selling this at stores? I would love to be a part of this. I am really busy at the moment and I have never made anything for a portable device, but this definately interests ...

Too bad i didn't have time to finish my entry, seeing those two entries i think it would be highly competitive, at least. ;) Anyway, imho stefbuet did a fair job, but missed a couple of things from prerequisites, but deserved the prize for his effort. TheModelerMan's entry was imo ok, but not a real...

Well, you're right, sometimes i, as a programmer would take part in a competition like this one, for no money, if i have time, and inspiration. But i guess that programmers are taken for granted on this forum, and if you ask artist/modeller to do something he'll complain that he needs a lot of time ...

Oh, yes Pero, it requires OpenGL, but i'll upload it tomorrow with software renderer so ppl with sh1tty cards can play it. well, it doesn't make sense about using OGL for this kind of project but i forgot to change it, i started the project with OGL cause that wasn't my first concern. :) Ty for feed...

X O game in 20hrs of programming, designing & art creati
This is my new project using irrlicht, almost complete. It's an X O game, simple, but still nice. Everything is done by myself from scratch, except sounds which i took (borrowed) from Worms Armageddon game which will be changed ASAP (next release). ToDo: - better AI (next release) - one game first m...

Ok, what prizes do you think are fair in your opinion? I think you're not right, since, if i gave the complete price on the market, i'd give it only to the first placed competitor, but i would still not get what i want exactly, in that case i'd go to a pro and ask him for a price and want him to do ...

As Dark_Kilauea said, they most probably used bounding volumes. With these you can split your level/room geometry in a lot of different areas. Say you declare 6 types of bounding volumes. Each represents a space with some different rules. Gravity, damage level, and some other possibilities which are...

I understand but i think irrlicht is graphics engine and this should be one of the (many) features. :) Brightness and contrast at least. I know how to do the rectangle 'trick', it has already been said about in another topic, but it was just a suggestion for ppl maintaining this project to make brig...

Feature request: Brightness, Contrast and Hue controlling
Irrlicht, being a graphics engine, needs some basic graphic postprocessing
as Brightness, Contrast, Hue and maybe some other.
I don't know if some of these are hard to implement on all drivers, but i guess
brightness could be implemented easily? Or not.
Thanks for reviewing the request.
