1) should the billboard follow the character? (set to children and parent)
2) At the start of the game, the particle emitter will move the billboards slowly to the scene. Is there any way to set the particle effect to move to the scene first?

Animation Newbie (Maya)
My artist is major in Maya. She didn't really know how to use the rest of tools. 3D model tools is really hard to learn in the first place. (Steep learning curve)
We wanted to do keyframe modeling in maya and export it out using vertex animation technique. Right now we only can export OBJ file ...

Blizzard Effect
Good day everyone. I need to make effect on my environment.
I didn't have any idea. So i am here to ask inspiration.

Do you think billboards alone + particle emitter (with a bit of tuning) could make such effect?

Mouse Picking (2D to 3D coordinate)
I am doing a mini game whereby player click on the screen to shoot some object down.
It is a 3D game. So when an object pop out, the game will draw a billboard to ask the player to click on it. When player click on that object, the object will fall down. The camera is static, and fix in one side ...
