hmm, I don't use TortoiseSVN and I don't want to istal it just for creating patch files. also it seems TortoiseSVN does this only with SVNs and not with my code(s) that are not SVNs. and as I understand it diff will work on any code I feed it, right? is there realy no Windows version of diff avilabl...

Thank you Hybrid! :) I searched and found the Patch.exe for Windows. But I didn't find the diff (diff3, sdiff, ...) for Windows, it's all for Linux! :oops: I only found sources like DiffUtil, but they are with this gnu project (?)
