Thanks it works great!
Now i have my 3D Model in one file and all its animations in another. This also allows me to reuse animations on different Character models.

You should split all objects into individual meshes. Reuse meshes wereever possible without it looking obvious and reduce the poly count as much as possible without loosing visible quality.
That's a basic guide to creating meshes for 30fps+ realtime rendering.

Hey thanks Halifax, TortoiseSVN is awesome. Dont know why i didn't see it before. Thanks. :D By the way with loose i mean that they have to be individually downloaded instead of being in one easy zip.
Hybrid not all SN's have tarball download options.

I agree with B@z. Its much easier to first join another team and gather some experience, than start of on first time project on your own. I did that too, and then started work on my own project with my own team of 6.

I kinda dislike SVN's cause they consist of so many "loose" files. Is there some kinda tool to download this projects files all at once. I already tried several svn tools but none of really worked. Does anyone have a link to a usefull svn tool?

Can I just say that whoever wants a new feature is welcome to give it a try and implement their own, instead of moaning about what others should do! :D
