Works great, it didnt work straight off, but after messing with the repositories i was using it installed flawlessly.

It seems to be, in my case atleast. If you had VS Express edition installed and then removed it, you can no longer use Acki-Extension, and the only thing ive found that works is reinstalling and not going near MS VS Express.
