It's nice that you've got a design, but it seems rather vast and vague, and there are no details of implementation. If you started in 2006, it would conceivably take another 10-15 years to flesh out a very specific design and technical document. This might discourage people from joining your team ...

I would use 1 because it would be easier to open up and change components

We have hired a voice actor recently

Still looking for modelers/concept artists/animators

We are now looking for enviromental artists/modelers

devsh is programming but we need 3 more


one that would be comfy with networking
one with managing the models etc. make them animate
one for physics
the one for networking or the one for animation and models would have to do the level system, quests etc.
