So are many Windows git clients, such as tortoisegit :P

Alright, if you give me access to the source, I can have a look :)

Re: [Help Wanted] Nethack 3D 2.0 Released

Hi! :) A couple of questions: - Are you using OpenGL or DirectX in your Windows version? - Do you have a lot of platform-dependent code? - Have you considered switching to some other VCS than subversion (preferably git)? :) I can't promise anything, but I could at least take a look at the source and...

Looks very good! I'd like to try this out natively - do you have plans for a Linux version in the future?

Re: irrRenderer 1.0

I think you can either use the makefile with mingw make or the Code Blocks project.

Re: Any other decent 3D Graphics Engines besides Irrlicht??

People have said that Git is only for super smart people. Even Andrew Morton said Git is "expressly designed to make you feel less intelligent than you thought you were." What's your response to this? Torvalds : So I think it used to be true but isn't any more. There is a few reasons peop...

I've already done the honors: https://github.com/osense/irrlicht-git. Last time I talked to CuteAlien though, he wanted to wait for 1.9 before making it official.

I don't have to really, I'll just wait for sourceforge to seize this project.

Re: Irrlicht 2.0 - What's in store for the future!

I found a 14pt TTF font that you should be to use, the WTFPL license is quite permitting :)

Oh and don't tell me that WTFPL is not recognised in Germany and you can't use it or some-such :D

edit: lol phpBB doesn't have strike-through text by default

Have you tried http://openfontlibrary.org/? There are many fonts with various licenses, but I can't say if there are any that will fit your specific requirements.

Re: irrRenderer 1.0

Why don't we merge ambient with directional? Because you can have ambient light without directional light or multiple directional lights :) Attempting to merge ambient end directional would result in some special cases that would be painful to handle :P Thanks, I will take a look at the bug in dire...

Re: Nice update in trunk today

Well, yes, that is what I meant by 'broken' :D
It is not, in fact, an updated branch, but rather a work in progress 'update' you're not really meant to use :P But I'm hoping to fix the transparent materials and merge into master soon-ish :)

Re: Nice update in trunk today

This is a bug in irrRenderer, I think - are you using the "update" branch from my git repo? Transparent materials are still broken :)
I have seen a similar thing myself, however I haven't fixed it yet.
