This editor's features (wich ones you listed) was so evident for me than i forgot to enumerate them , i am going to change that.

Personally, with blender (2.49), i use the ".b3d" exporter from "gandaldf" which work fine for me.
There is also ".md2" and ".md3" exporter if you prefer.
