For all those using Windows 7 – check that the folder where the art files are, are not protected with read-only properties by another 'user' (even if you are the only one using it)

While I watched, I got an idea and checked my famous typing skills. A typo. libIrrlicht.a not LibIrrlicht.a. - Code::Blocks locks good btw. but QT stays for now. It's very good with OpenGL.

Also a small hint for writing threads in this forum: Please use good thread-titles which tell about the problem. Don't use just "help please", but for example "Help setting up an Irrlicht project with Code::Blocks on Windows"
