Hello!
My team develops a new game called Archbox, and it uses Irrlicht 1.8 as a graphics engine. There are some certain features:
Over-Int64! procedural terrain (CPU/GPU realtime, caves allowed)
Procedural skybox
Building stuff
Thermodynamics
Survival elements
Dynamic character physics ...
