Irrlicht Engine

I use: Paper, Whiteboards, Notes, Drawing, ...

And some BDD (Behavior Driven Development) tools:
- Gherkin for the features and all game states/transitions (Scenarios/Steps)
- Then a Test Unit Framework to convert features written in Gherkin into automatic tests.

I think this belong to irrExt project, but not as it is right now.

There should be a list with the links to irrExt folders in a simple table or something and placed in the wiki or in the irrlicht homepage.

If a company supported it then it would no longer be free. Half of what makes irrlicht great is the fact that it is free.

Not necessarily. Look at other projects like Ubuntu (Canonical), drupal (Aquia), ogre (Torus Knot Software), and others.

I think your design is good. I should recomend you the use of states class instead of case for a cleaner code.

I was making my own irrlicht game framework called IrrGameShell some years ago, using: Irrlicht, Newton, Lua, Audiere, Dusty Engine..., but i think is a good idea to make a kind of "oficial" or "most used" irrlicht game framework distribution.
