Re: DustbinGames MarbleGP
I wanted to share an interesting feature I have included in MarbleGP: remote setup via web browser. This way it was not necessary to implement loading and saving stuff from the program itself but rather create, import, export and delete profiles and AI profiles using a browser, and you can see the r...

Re: Quit key / Receiver in demos
Alt+F4 should do the job, but I haven't tried the demos in many years

Re: DustbinGames MarbleGP
Yes and no - it does not come with special features like shooting at you opponents, but it's still similar (although I am not a designer and the tracks are simple )

DustbinGames MarbleGP
I've been working for years in my free time on this project, and I have created a new trailer today as I have implemented huge modifications to the in-game graphics over the last months: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzF6sv0f8wM&t=5s . This game is going to be the next big thing (and it has be...

Re: Irrlicht working with OpenXR for Virtual Reality
I think I'll try the Android Virtual Reality SDK provided by Google and maybe OpenXR later to get a Windows VR version as well. But I think this is still not going to happen soon.

Re: Irrlicht working with OpenXR for Virtual Reality
Nice. Back in the day I added VR to an old game of mine (using Oculus Rift DK 1+2), but then I sort of lost interest. At the moment I am thinking about adding VR to my current game, namely the "cheapest" version using Android phones as VR headsets. Does OpenXR support this?

Re: DustbinGames Shaders
That's true, the transparent shadows are great. I need to test the current version on my notebook (which is non-gaming) with Intel graphics to see if I get some decent performance there as well.

Re: DustbinGames Shaders
Before taking a look into changing the color-scheme I wanted to get my shader run in MarbleGP. Yesterday I finished a first implementation and today I have uploaded a video to youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QAg9pDQgw4. I hope you like it.

Re: Android testing needed
I'll have a look at reddit (I guess I'm the only one who is never there ). Android 8 is too old I think, but I also stopped updating. And I use my old phones for development and testing myself.

Re: DustbinGames Shaders
Thanks for the hint, I was so concentrated on the rest of the shadows that I didn't notice that. I think I already fixed it.
At the moment I am happy with the colors, especially as I had grey walls before. I may in the future have a look into some color schemes and update it.

Android testing needed
Hello fellow Irrlicht developers, is anyone else working on an Android port of a game? My Android port of MarbleGP is up and running ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dustbingames.marblegp ), but as the people around me are either no gamers at all or iPhone users I am searching for...

DustbinGames Shaders
Hello fellow Irrlicht developers. I have not posted on this forum for quite some time but now I'm back with a sub-project I have started recently. I wasn't quite happy with the in-game look of my game MarbleGP which I have dedicated a lot of my free time over the past years to so I created shaders o...
