Hello,
this question maybe really stupid, so forgive me:

can I build a program that set-up Irrlicht, do others, and read the lua
scripts when needed, without running tha LUA console?

This system is suitable for creation of adventure games I think.

hello,
I've exported several meshes from Maya and irrlicht crashes when it loads them, but maya can import those meshes!

dont' know....

maybe dae files are binaries?

COLLADA loading problem

Hello to all,
how use a collada's dae mesh?

my program call simply "smgr->addAnimatedMeshSceneNode(smgr->getMesh("cube.dae"));" and in execution it crashes!

Hi, thanks for your reply, it was very useful. I've modded your class to loop between two frames stored in an image beacuse Irrlicht works better with ^2 dimension images, so we can have an image with some blank frames. I've update the Update() method and added 2 variable to control animation start ...

hi,
are you usin' the Audiere Devcpp devpak?
maybe if you use the standard dll (for Microsoft VisualC++)
it give you that linker error.

Hi Jox,
in the map.3.lmts file the textures are 22, so this is'nt the problem.
May app still crash in the 2 for cycle starting at line 296 in constructMesh() method.
So, have you tryed with 0.8 irrlicht version, or only 0.7?
Maybe an interface changes...don't know...
