Can this be done with Irrlicht. I have never seen more convincing bump effect. Not even in the latest games. This is awesome. the blend file: http://www.websaitti.com/blender/parallaxbumpmap_06.blend preview pic (better run the blend): http://www.websaitti.com/blender/parabumpscreen.jpg thread: http...

Here is how i set up RTT for animated hill mesh in combination with shaders. It compiles and run's flawlessly (XP, mingw). However, it does look "suboptimal", hehe. Needs to be tweaked. It works with the egyptian shader lib which you can find somewhere in the forum. /* This tutorial shows ...

Before downloading the SVN Irrlicht version which is necessary to use it, I wanted to generate a nice example level. With Irrlicht you need to use CMeshManipulator::createMeshWithTangents() (creates the tangents...

--> Julius Cesar from Taiwan:
You need to tweak the uv-coordinates with your code. But this waterfall will be visually less appealing than one using shaders. With shaders it will almost look real. Don't forget to post your result here.

If you do that you will get more contributions in many respects. Discussing features of a non-existing editor with an unknown license feels rather pointles...

Visual Editor

Hi Captor, Navigation with mouse AND Keyboard? I have to try. Never thought of that, as all Editors i were using could be nicely navigated using the mouse exclusively. Maybe you could tell us how it is supposed to work. What i was trying to do: Sometime in VE you get in a mode where there is a finel...

Sorry for my humor, but I have not received some bug report from users even for these bugs that I know. So, it's maybe useless or with bad design or sucks or I don't know... Hi, Captor! Check your self-confidence. You made a great tool. I prefer 0.3 because of the very annoying and obvious perspect...
