I think the best game ever made was Chrono Trigger on the SNES. It was ground-breaking at the time. No other game had multiple endings like Chrono Trigger had.
And also one other game deserves the Best Game award: ICO
What do you guys think?
Have you ever played ICO?

Prey

If anyone has ever read a book called Prey by Michael Crichton,

Is there any specific ai algorithm for "distributed processing" like the swarms in the book?
Has anyone ever done it?

The swarms should be able to evolve just like in the book.

If you haven't read the book, then basically the swarms ...

Vista is an inefficient piece of cr*p!
1Gb RAM and 15Gb of Hard Disk space for something thats no better than xp is not worth it. To get your money's worth you need 30Gb Hard disk space, and that's only for the core system. You need an extra 20Gb at least for other programs.

Linux all the way ...

i'm using a .x file for my weapon.
at creation i set the loop mode to false, set animation speed to 0 and set the current frame to 0.
at LMB click, the animation speed is set to 25.
at the end animation callback, the animation speed is set to 0 and current frame is set to 0.
After all this, it still ...

Hi, dwfait,

When you're compiling the project, how long does the linking take?
My project takes 5 minutes to link only! If i dont link with IPhysics, it takes 23 seconds. Why?

Anyway, the error you get, its exactly the same as mine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

No, i'm using code::blocks.
I've included all the IPhysics, Newton and Irrlicht files manually in the project build options.

What do you mean by adding the IPhysics files to my project?
Do you mean including them? I've done that.
I've linked both Newton.lib and IPhysics.lib and included both.
