Yes. You can use it on Korean language.

Hi, a long time no write, I'm just working for version 1.7.1. Maybe, I'll release a new version by the end of March. In Irrlicht after ver.1.6, It is difficlut to using ANSI code with FileSystem. I just finished to playing trial version now. Though the UI is unfriendly, what a awesome strategy system it is! nice level design! Must play. In GameData\LICENSE text, they said that they used Irrlicht (IrrlichtML?), FreeType, libvorbis, and Nils -Slin- Daumann's PostProcessing class - Bloom.
