Small bug in register script...

I was reading the Smart A$$ Spammers thread. Hybrid mentioned that the picture-text input filter had been enabled on the registering page. I decided just to go check... it worked fine, but I found another little problem. If you look below the Irrlicht logo at the top-left, there is a link to the main forums. Directly underneath that is a b>. The problem is at Line 288 and Column 135:

It's just a small fix.
