getting a .bak instead of a .bsp

When i try to make .map into a .bsp like in the tools section its make a .bak instead. What is wrong.

When i execute that batch file it gives an error that says it can't find glib-1.3 how can i get this file?

.bak is a backup file. maybe you didnt converted the .map well, or the converted file (.bsp) is in other directory
and about glib: http://www.gtk.org/ (http://freshmeat.net/projects/glib told me that it is the homepage \:)
i think that this is the glib you search for, i dont know even what is it
