how to make a program no background

How to make a background no background, so it only has hero showing, e.g a lovely animal on Windows screen. anybody know how to do?

Define your scene's background color as some color that never appears in your models.

I tried but the backgrond is black ,is not transparent. do we need use draw3dbackground() in scene?

this program show a spirit. no background and can click the ICON that we can see back of it. who did it before? how to do? it's interestiong.
