Looks like since Microsoft Released Visual Express for free person and commercial use. Borland is trying to jump on the wagon before Microsoft knocks them off.

Except last I checked, you are only allowed 1 Turbo program installed on your machine at once. So you need to pick 1 language and run with it.

Even aside from that, Visual Studio still blows the doors of Borland Turbo IDEs. Borland just hasn't written good software for years, like, 20 years.

Yeah supposedly M$ hired Borland's main developer.
