FPS stay at 60?
Its been a few months since i've programmed with Irrlicht. And today.. I noticed that even with nothing in my scene I get a max of 60 FPS. I piled a bunch of models in my scene and the FPS would go down... but never up past 60. Is this something you added Niko? (last release I tampered with was 0.5 so... )
somebody told me about putting the Windows desktop at more than 60Hz, like 85Hz or so...I am not a coder, so I don't know why is this so...
Finally making games again!

Ahh, Vsync. MS put that in somewhere ( can't remember where ) which just makes sure that the computer never sends more frames than the moniter can display, so it would limit it to about 60fps I would have thought. The problem is ( or so I have heard from others ) that it takes more time limiting the framerate than it would just leaving it alone and letting the moniter display what it can. Try googling it, you can turn it off somehow and you should see the framerate go to a much better level.
