i have a problem with the Irrlicht.dll file, when i tried to run my application a pop-up window with the error "Can´t find starting procedure"

i put the irrlicht.dll in the /system32 folder.
and also tried to put a file in the same folder as EXE .
maybe i have done something wrong when i added the location of the irrlicht files in VS.NET ....
does anyone know if there is , "how to get started with irrlicht in VS.Net" tutorial.........
................ or if someone can tell me how to get vs.net prepared fore irrlicht, cause i found out that vs.net & vs 6 looks alot different..Thankful for every possible help i can get!
