Hi all, I'm not really sure where to post this or if this is even the right forum, but I'm trying to find an indie game/project to work on, and honestly I don't even know where to start looking. I've found a handful of projects on these forums, I'm just wondering if there is a centralized palce to look.
Thanks!

Wow, a writer, artist and programmer who is looking to join an existing project rather than start his own. Very refreshing, guys like you are in high demand and short supply
I recommend checking out the recruitment forum on gamedev.net, join a small project with people who have humble goals and have actually finished some games before (ie, avoid the newbie MMORPGs that are destined to fail
)
There may also be people looking for help in our project announcements forum. I'd recruit you myself for my future RPG if I had the yarbles to commit to some kind of timeframe, but I don't at the moment. I could really do with lots of help writing the story too :/

Probably a more "indie game developer" centralized site like gamedev.net or indiegamer.com would get more hits. If your not looking for a particular engine, then you can also try other engine forums, OGRE, Yake, Source, etc. Just be wary of spamming too many forums, and post probably in a "Help Wanted/Needed" topic or Open/Off-topic Dicussion if that can't be found. Good luck!
