That looks pretty sick. I definitely like that. Are you going to be using lightmapping in this game for levels, or full on dynamic lighting?

Mixture of both. for example the lightmap would be as shown in the last two pictures and at each "major" lightpoint have a dynamic light. if that makes sense it will complete the lighting.. i will soon finish some texturing and put it in game again to show how it should look :) thanks for the comments

Ok ok so its been a long time. a lot has changed and a lot has improved. Iv learned a crap load of stuff from Varmint (legend) and from others. Now that i got a job "in the industry" its hard to keep track of all my side projects.

I chose SCR to push forward worth of course, for now, and i decided to use a different engine for the first release (cos i wanna release soon) and im happy with my decision .

For updates and other information, feel free to check my blog (which will be updated at least once a week, so if you are interested and are keen to learn about tools, workflow into game engines, and about game engines and programming in general ,as well as seeing the prototype of SCR progress please checkout

Thanks for all the awesome support, and im stll using irrlicht in at least 5 other projects so dont get excited over a different engine :)
