Mission Impossible IV: RapidShare's Captcha!

Post by MasterGod »

Man, I guess they had a serious problem with programs guessing their captcha or whatever that they raised the security level. Their images are almost impossible to read! For a Human!

Who else has trouble reading that damn image :D :?:

Mediamax is my preferred method. It doesn't enforce any captchas, or waiting, and just lets the user download the file as if it were hosted at a real site.

Yeah but media max only lets you send files up to 10MB for a free user :x :?

Yeah that's the problem with mediamax... they only introduced that 10mb limit fairly recently (within the last year anyway i think), before then it could be much much bigger...

Also i sometimes have problems with my files not showing up in the filemanager for a very long time... they say the files have to be verified but normally they show up straight away so i don't know why sometimes it takes many hours longer!

^^
i was just getting angry few minutes ago with those stupid captchas...
since those hackerguys invented a method to read the codes manually, download a file, reset your router (new IP), get next pswd, download next file etc, they used to make them even harder, though it's impossible to read them by now. sucks.

I just got a captcha with four letters (and numbers), and it told me to enter the four letters with cats on them...

Uh....

you guys DO know that rambus is nice enough to provide us hosting?
pm me if you want an easy hosting area with no physical size restrictions.

(i do like to keep things at under 50 megs per person tho)

Rapidshare sucks!! Still, everyone wants to upload their files there! But luckily my bro paid for a premium account. :D

Yeah, mediafire has the best free service so far.

here a video about captcha
no comment...

too much dead link with rapidshare (thats maybe the point about "rapid"share through lol)
i didnt know mediafire.

i use megaupload for big files (500Mo max per file) or fileden (only 50Mo max per file) through with fileden :
Hotlinking allowed for all allowed file extensions, including videos and music files!
1GB of personal storage space.
A 50mb maximum file size limit
5GB of monthly bandwidth
free...
