Another Cell Shading request

I tried to research something about cell shading and Irrlicht but I have some problems with it because i haven't understand well.
where can i find a good cell shader file and how i can use it with irrlicht???

but the texture of sidney in the OpenGL shader????
I've already seen this one but my models need a texture...

uhm...the cell shading for dx is really good...i'll try it...thanks....
but there aren't pre-compilated hlsl????
