So wait, are you people saying John Carmack and Romero, the creators of freakin' Wolf3D, Doom and Quake, help out with minor projects?? Or are you being sarcastic?
Would be cool to have The Romero or Mr. Carmack helping out (I sorta frequent John Romero's forum too.)

Oh, and thanks for straightening things out a bit here, rogerborg. Didn't know LTE was such a problem around here :o

We have no teaser screen shots because we have nothing done at the moment except for the menu code which won't compile right, but hopefully we will have something soon...

Funny you mention Romero, I read about his bio/story starting from the beginning up to when they split up with Carmak.

Yeah, as to why, we can only guess. I know he hangs with his old buddy Tom Hall, way back from Softdisk days. I guess he wouldn't mind if they get emails from here.

Hiring him may be hard because his bread-n-butter was taken by other people like Tom Sweeney and the guys who put up Valve Software.

Alright, I've talked with Carmack, he says he's really busy with Armadillo and the pace id is working at right now, so he can't help, and not to expect any miracles when it comes to Valve officially licensing the project, but he says if we can get it to a nearly completed state, they just might bless it with an official release on UMD.
If this does work out, the compensation would be a cut of the profits if Valve accepts it, or a share of the credit if they don't (they will most likely take it if it's done WELL)
