I have a slow internet connection so the webinstall of msvc express was not successful.The offline install for c++ only is not given...Or else i should download the whole dvd iso.
Friends, anyone know any links to standalone install of c++ express 2008 only!!!!
I have googled it but didnt get it ......

won't be able to help you because the web-installer will download different things depending on your OS setup etc
If you can get hold of the whole DVD (iso or otherwise) then that would be the best way.
I don't really know any other way.
Unless someone downloads the entire DVD Iso, and uses winrar to split it into smaller files for you to download.
