Need a REALLY BIG favor from Deutsch-speaking members.

Post by Geomaster »

First, I want to apologize for asking things like this in a forum like this. But PLEASE, do not delete this, this is really important to me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Please again. Leave this. I just need participles of some verbs and the auxiliary verb for the past (sein/haben). I really NEED YOUR HELP. I think it's not hard for deutsch speaking visitors (which are pretty much here as I saw). I already have participles for some, but for the most i need them. PLEASE i have a test on Monday and have a bunch other things to learn for MONDAY. PLEASE do not delete this! If you want to help me, here are the verbs I need participles for:

http://geosoft.uuuq.com/verbs.txt

PLEASE help me... I know this is a complete offtopic but I REALLY need those participles......and I have to learn what each verb means (and google them for the translation) so I HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN......i am aware...but mods PLEASE, *PLEASE* don't delete this, I REALLY NEED this huge favor about deutsch....PLEASE!!! This is the only community where i know there are deutsch people...

THANKS SO MUCH, IN ADVANCE.....

I don't know, if these are the participle forms, but I think so:

anfangen - hat angefangen - (to) begin
anrufen - hat angerufen - (to) call [a telephone call is an "anruf"]
besuchen - hat besucht - (to) visit
essen - hat gegessen - (to) eat
fahren - ist gefahren - (to) drive
fliegen - ist geflogen - (to) fly
kaufen - hat gekauft - (to) buy
kommen - ist gekommen - (to) come
gehen - ist gegangen - (to) go
machen - hat gemacht - (to) make
gefallen - ist gefallen - fallen(?)
geben - hat gegeben - (to) give
haben - hat gehabt - (to) have
sein - ist gewesen - (to) be
sprechen - hat gesprochen - (to) speak
trinken - hat getrunken - (to) drink
umziehen - ist umgezogen - (to) move [from one house to an other...]
(sich) treffen - hat getroffen - (to) meat (each other?)
bleiben - ist geblieben - stay
einladen - hat eingeladen - invite
kennen lernen - hat kennen gelernt - I don't know, but leo knows: http://dict.leo.org/ende?lp=ende&lang=d ... &relink=on
erkennen - [??]
tanzen - hat getanzt - (to) dance
verbringe(n?) - verbringe is Imperativ, i think you mean verbringen (hat verbracht)
organisiere(n?) - hat organisiert - (to) organize
sterben - ist gestorben - (to) die
lesen - hat gelesen - (to) read

P.S. The verb gekaufen does not exist!

I hope, this is correct, especially the translations.
For translations I have found a good dictionary, leo: http://dict.leo.org/

Greets from germany,

Hey guys you really ROCK!!! Thanks SO MUCH.

Btw, our teacher wrote verbs on the blackboard and told us to find the participles... First he said that he is going to give us the full translations and participles, but then he "changed his mind"... Something like "you have dictionaries and the internet, make your way through"...

I cannot express how I am thankful :) THANKS AGAIN!

As I said in the previous post, our teacher "changed his mind" and decided not to give us the participles & translations. I think that's because HE didn't actually know those things. Every word I ask them, he says he doesn't know it... 95% of my friends have siblings who work in Austria (I live in Serbia) so that wasn't a problem (they just called them) but for us... You see.

I don't think I've ever seen the word "please" more times in one single place

Yes, you're right... That was too... dramatical? I guess... :D If you are using Firefox, press CTRL+F, type "please", click "highlight all" and then view first post :D

I guess it's too late as it's already Monday here. But anyway: gefallen is not the infinitive 'to fall', but 'to appeal to (someone)/ to please'. The participle is the same 'hat gefallen'.
