anyone have any idea where to get a case like this: (the color scheme, not the object)

Kinda like this:

...but less expensive and without a shitty PSU :)

If that gun were real the recoil would make it fly up and smack you in the face wouldnt it?

I wouldn't think so (about it smacking you in the face)

All the force is exerted against the handle pushing it back, not up, right?

The force is exerted through the bar, back into the handle, into your wrist, which makes the movement of going back and upwards (due to the force being applied a bit above the hand).

About the case, yeah, you can find them in the Paint isle of Home Depot, 2 cans, one black one silver/chrome :) Pick up a thing of tape to make nice lines too ;)

Aye.

Get a nice metal case, preferably white, sand up the places u wanna paint (makes it stick better), apply your lighter color, mask the area's you don't wanna paint darker, paint over w/ dark color, add gloss laquer (or whatever it is) and bam

LOL this reminds me of that film "Hackers" when they camouflaged that guys keyboard with spray-paint.
Anyway, why not use transfers on your case? Id get my nieces to draw a picture then id just blu-tak it on but I dont see the point really. :)

Theres always decalling, oh, and also window carving, thats spiffy but takes ages. Its pretty much taking a dremel tool or something and carving ur image into the plastic of ur window and shine a light through it. Looks hellla cool, but takes ages to do :)

and robo, there's no need to sand up anything on a brandnew case....
just make sure its clean and dust-free, and use good quality paint(I use Montana Alien)
