Photoshop Elements 6 in Wine.

I've tried forever to install it and it won't get past registration. Does anyone know how I can?

by the way: how is elements in usage compared to the regular photoshop? i hear CMYK support is missing, but when not doing print designs that should not be a problem. anything else important missing?

Nope nothing else. It's great for textyre work, like UV maps and texture tiles. And the graphics tablet support is really good too.

you dont have fine control over layer effects, you have to go with preset ones.

uhh, I dont use it enough to think of anything else, I only use Photoshop for layer effects anyway because PSP/Gimp's filters for those effects end up not looking very good most of the time
