Yup, it's a low poly model editor that also works as level editor; it's got the usual CSG operations you find in level editors like Gtkradiant. But it's also a great lightmapper and lately it has implemented basic skeletal animation features.
It supports several 3d import/export formats, from which b3d is my favorite as it works great with Irrlicht![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
