Class for getting light data from Q3 bsp

I've alredy posted this thread to another part of the forum.
Again:does anybody know some class for getting light data from bsp?
It's extremely useful for creating dynamic lighting on models:
players,weapons,vehicles,corpses,etc...

As with my reply on the other thread, which you obviously haven't read:

This is an entity reader class which will read in the data you want. All you need then is to create a LightSceneNode at the coordinates listed.

There isn't anything. Search the net for documents on the Q3 BSP format. Do some ground work. This is what I'm doing. There's no reason why you can't do it too.
