X File second uv channel

X File second uv channel

Hi,

I looked in the forum and i found some topics that said it works and some that it doesn´t.
I´m new here, so i´ll ask:
- Does Irrlicht accept second UV Channel?
- What is the function to change the uvs?
- How can i make a blend between the uvs? And to lightmap?
- Pandasoft e Microsoft Export exports multitexture?

Could you add a little example to me, please?

Pandasoft does, via the fvf data , I think a separate file it exports. it's all dx 8.x and better

that means surely both lightmaps and multitexturing.

beware, the jscript menu only works in Internet Explorer.


wether if works in irrlicht I dunno....Will work in any x importing engine if the engine supports the feature.

If irrlicht doesn't know, probably will.

I don'e believe irrlicht reads the second uv channel. An experienced coder could probably add thsi feature, which I'm sure would be appreciated, but it would require knowledge of the (rather complicated).x file format, which I really don't have.
You do a lot of programming? Really? I try to get some in, but the debugging keeps me pretty busy.

I think Jox was going to be able to do so...I was gonna make a level as x , exported with Ultimate Unwrap and Giles, but I finally saw I had a load of work with certain human character for other stuff, and didn't do it...
