...for people who wants to do lightmaps with free tools...

...But I am not sure if it will problems free....

Actually seems is an strong step towards it, if not already is the solution...

the prob anyway would be generating the second uv channel...as Blender does not support multiple channels, I guess it's all about baking the light into the standard texture channel 1 we all know. I haven't read the thread, though.

Seems is all messing with vertex colors, uv mapping and radiosity...h eseems to overcome the prob of loosing uvs before aplying radiosity, dunno, haven't actually read.


Here's th ethread...I trust this man.he made lately a a VERY good obj import and export plugin, non dependant on installing python...
