yeah looks nice.
i actually sad down and wrote almost the same thing. just different :D

PS: my textures are not so good

and the video quality is just bad. but anyways here it is.

EDIT: forgot the source code

its a modified version of the movement example. The character has the shield attached. just aim at him with the center of the camera and press the left mouse button. well the media folder has to be avaible to the file....oh and maybe use a different texture for the shield, something transparent. the water is not really a good texture.

How do you manage the animation of the texture?

i posted the sourcecode of my class. it should explain everthing.

NICE!!!!!

It's great to see Irrlicht and its community, it always seems to be moving forward which for a complete amateur like me is or was useful.

I would like to consider working and ading to my old piece of work but it has been a long time, moving to vista and the lack of .NET support kind of killed it dead.
