Tips for medium to large scale project management

Art depends on the project, but in OA it is something like

- discuss on the fora, show prototypes, improve based on feedback
- when ready for inclusion, add to a separate version control (separate from engine src, also because due to tracking binaries it needs ~yearly recreating, avoiding huge sizes)
