Dunno why, but it's hard to find that group through search function on Facebook.
Few months ago I also posted idea to create Irrlicht FB page, but people said me that there is already official page.

Well, it was never actively used. Right now it seems to have raised some interest. But IMHO using facebook as a forum replace ment is a rather dumb idea... So if someone will ever take the job of doing some publicity improvements for Irrlicht, it could be a good thing to include also FB. But discussions are so odd there. I must admit that I don't even check the group regularly. But since I get all those topic starts by mail, I always feel like posting "That's a good thing to discuss on the forum". Don't know why people cannot use the proper tools and systems for each task?!

Facebook is just integrated into many people's daily lives, so maybe it's easier for people to talk in the irrlicht facebook group since they already opened it up to do other things
But I agree that the forums are a much better solution for discussions and troubleshooting
