nice doc, my favorite bits were Structured Unpredictability and Adaptive Dramatic Pacing

Adaptive Dramatic Pacing => Awesome tip for when playing the game! As long as my team stays cool and quiet we can have really few zombies and finish easy... Awesome! =)

You have to be careful with that because if the AI Director doesn't think your moving fast enough it'll send more zombies to speed you up sometimes.
