Hey guys, I need a little help.

I will sell Wordpress theme coded by me, but I completely don't know how to license it.
I was googling about this topic and I found that Wordpress themes need dual-licensing: all Wordpress PHP code have to be under GPL license, whole artwork and my code at my license.
I totally don't know anything about licensing. I want to restrict buyer to use my theme on max 3 websites, and protect my code from reselling/piracy.

Can you help me what can I do with these licenses?

your best bet is to either use an existing license, learn law or hire a lawyer...
but who knows I might be wrong....

on that matter....

I'm a huge HTC fan, so I'd say go for the Wildfire S

Since my current phone is going to be in need of replacement soon (dead pixels...) I was checking out the wildfire too, and for its price it's just a great phone imo

Nokia is Windows Phone, isn't it? So no way for me. But my Wildfire (not S) has far too little memory. Since many apps cannot be moved to SD card (either because I use the widget or becaue it cannot be moved due to bad coding), my phone is constantly out of memory. I cannot update all apps, and installing often fails if the app is not SD able. So make sure your phone has enough memory (not sure if RAM or flash is the problem here...). Also, my old Wildfire is a little slow and has no 3d hardware acceleration. But that might be better with the new one. But besides that HTC is very good IMHO. You should decide fast, though, as the patent fringe might mean problems in getting HTC in the next months.

hybrid: Nokia 700 has some brand new symbian(called Belle) that's getting pretty good reviews: http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_700_revie ... -670p3.php

Also, i read somewhere that the main improvement of the S series of wildfire is a better display(greater resolution), so the memory trouble might be even worse

If you're already considering a dead OS (Symbian), where's N9 from the list :P

Yeah, Symbian is dead. Don't buy end-of-life products.

Device driver for a toaster?

Post by randomMesh »

German weekly news magazine "Der Spiegel" published an article about how NSA identified the chinese hackers hacking targets in the US. So far so boring. The funny part is the picture labeled "Hacker at work" (lol). WTF is he coding? A device driver for a toaster?
"Whoops..."
