[fixed]Greyscale TGAs

have a few problems with these not loading; is it a TGA loader issue or general irrlicht handling issue ?

grey greyscale tga, loads as black if run directly, loads as pinky pin stripe if run from the debugger

Ok, thanks. I'll test this.
Edit: Fixed, was a probably never tested option, which used a wrong function and hence simply didn't do anything correct.
