I just wondered what makes this different from all other editors. (I do not consider that pointless, if I were to buy a car, I'd wanna know what makes it better than other cars for example...)

If you talk about how to get the trial version:

Not need to be registered ...
When you click on the "trial link" from the "downloads page", you get two fields asking you:

"UserName" and "ItemKey";
so (as it is written above the "trial link", may be too small?) simply put "demo" on the two fields,
et voilà !
