Cannot install irrb plugin in blender

Cannot install irrb plugin in blender

I tried to install irrb plugin in blender for exporting in irr format. But i cannot install the plugin. I tried copying the irrb.py file and the irrmodules folder to user defined script folder and default folder, but still i cant see it on the addons list. Please help.
