Why not create an official page that is managed by your team? Then ask the moddb staff to delete the other two pages. If the Irrlicht team member who manages the account retires from the project, they can pass on the email to an active team member. I recommend creating generic email accounts (if you don't already have one) for the project, that way other people can inherit them if there is staff turnover.
