Please remember in this case, that we need a proper clean with all files removal. A maybe better way would be to remember the last built type in some aux file (e.g. static_debug.d or dynamic_release.d) and only rebuild if necessary. BTW: What about debug and release. Maybe someone wants parts of the files as release to avoid some symbols?!
