It can't be easy. I know that German and English have different rules regarding articles. And advertisement is pronounced advertissment, so that doesn't help.
Also, I missed a trick. The "can" should be "may" to indicate permission - "can" only indicates possibility.

The "can" is to tell forum users about it, so they don't report "spam" every time there is some advertisement going on. Using "may" would also have been fine.
